A strike force has been kept ready to act immediately in case of any emergency.
Police is set to take special measures ahead of the two phases Biswa Ijtema to ease the traffic snarl. The measure will come into effect at 10:00pm on January 14 and 10:00pm on January 21, according to an official release of police headquarters.
