Why is Malaysia not in the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) probing the MH 17 crash of July 17 2014?

Aren’t there guidelines that spell out which parties should constitute the probe team in the event of a disaster of the magnitude of MH 17? As the owner of MH 17 it is logical and sensible that Malaysia is part of the probe. Malaysia has more rights to be in the JIT than some of its present members. One can understand why Ukraine is in the team since that is where the plane was shot from the sky. We can understand the Netherlands’ membership of the JIT since the flight originated from Amsterdam. But why is Belgium in the JIT?

It is said about the Russians that they take a long time to saddle their horses but they ride awfully fast. After slowly nursing the collapsed Russian economy back to health, Putin is now going for broke. In Syria, Crimea and Ukraine, the West has melted away at his approach and has faced humiliating setbacks. In the field of energy, it will be Russian – not western – pipelines that will dominate the Eurasian landmass.

 Channel One showed Ivan Andriyevsky, the first vice president of the Russian Union of Engineers, demonstrating a photo sent by a George Beatle, who had introduced himself as an air traffic controller with a 20-year working record.

According to Beatle, the Malaysian Boeing was shot down by a fighter jet that followed it. First, the Boeing came under gun fire and then the cockpit was hit by an air-to-air missile, its right engine and the right wing were hit by a heat-seeking missile.

This fake story together with the fake movie and the fake book by an alleged SEAL team member is the way the fake story of bin Laden’s murder is perpetrated. Bin Laden’s alleged demise at the hands of a SEAL team was a propaganda orchestration, the purpose of which was to give Obama a hero’s laurels and deep six Democratic talk of challenging his nomination for a second term.

We’ll go considerably farther than has yet been revealed by the professional intelligence community, to provide the actual evidence that conclusively shows that (and how) the Ukrainian Government shot down the Malaysian airliner, MH-17, on July 17th.

The latest report from the intelligence community was headlined on August 3rd by Robert Parry, “Flight 17 Shoot-Down Scenario Shifts,” and he revealed there that,

“Contrary to the Obama administration’s public claims blaming eastern Ukrainian rebels and Russia for the shoot-down of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17, some U.S. intelligence analysts have concluded that the rebels and Russia were likely not at fault and that it appears Ukrainian government forces were to blame, according to a source briefed on these findings. This judgment — at odds with what President Barack Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry have expressed publicly — is based largely on the absence of U.S. government evidence that Russia supplied the rebels with a Buk anti-aircraft missile system that would be needed to hit a civilian jetliner flying at 33,000 feet, said the source, who spoke on condition of anonymity.”

It’s actually based on lots more than that; it’s based not on an absence of evidence, but on positive proof that the Ukrainian Government shot the plane down, and even proving how it was done. You will see this proof, right here, laid out in detail, for the first time.

31 Oktober 2014 - Hari ini, badan bukan kerajaan (NGO) Sisters In Islam memfailkan semakan kehakiman terhadap keputusan fatwa Selangor mengharamkan pertubuhan itu kerana dianggap sesat.

Menurut laporan The Malaysian Insider, pertubuhan yang lebih dikenali sebagai SIS, menamakan tiga responden iaitu Jawatankuasa Fatwa Negeri Selangor, Majlis Agama Islam Selangor (MAIS) dan kerajaan Selangor.

Semakan tersebut difailkan pada jam 10.30 pagi tadi dan dibuat melalui Tetuan Azzat dan Izzat. Dalam permohonnnya, SIS mahu membatalkan pengisytiharan haram itu.

Pertubuhan itu juga memohon supaya ia diiktiraf sebagai badan yang dijamin mengikut Akta Syarikat 1965 dan tidak terikat dengan fakta itu.

Menurut Pengarah Eksekutif ISIS, Ratna Othman, SIS juga memohon mahkamah mengiktiraf NGO itu terjamin kedudukannya di bawah perlembagaan.

Agreement to strengthen financial cooperation between China and Singapore was reached at the 11th Joint Council for Bilateral Cooperation in Suzhou, co-chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean and Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli.

BEIJING: China will allow direct trading between its currency and the Singapore dollar from Tuesday (Oct 28), making it easier for companies here to do business with their Chinese counterparts.

The Sing dollar will be added to the China Foreign Exchange Trade System (CFETS) platform, which currently offers transactions between the yuan and 10 foreign currencies. The announcement came on Monday (Oct 27), after an agreement at the Joint Council for Bilateral Cooperation (JCBC) in Suzhou, co-chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean and Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli.

Previously, companies that wanted to convert a large amount of Sing dollars to renminbi (RMB) or vice versa had to do so via an intermediate currency such as the US dollar.

"This will lower foreign exchange transaction costs and encourage greater use of the two currencies in cross-border trade and investments," the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) said in a news release on Monday.

DPM Teo called this is a "major and significant" development which will reduce the cost of doing business and make it more convenient.

Last year, China was Singapore's biggest trading partner, while the city-state was China's top foreign investor. Mr Teo also noted that Singapore is a major RMB hub for the internationalisation of the Chinese currency.

"I still remember my first visit to China 30 years ago, the currency was not even unified then. We had foreign exchange certificates, and you know, it was just not tradeable at all. And today we have direct trade between the renminbi and the Sing dollar, and that's quite a major and a significant development," DPM Teo said.
